MRA Residential Services selected for final construction punch at 155 S. Monaco at Crestmoor Heights

MRA Residential Services was selected to conduct the final construction punch on Monaco One Fifty Five, a 41-condos project at 155 S. Monaco Parkway, built by K2 Construction. Starting at $340,000, the condos are part of the Crestmoor Heights Development in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood, a property that was purchased in 2014 for $1.6 million.

The project, with one- to two-bedroom floorplans, is described as “comfortably priced” for residents who want condo-style living in a cherished Denver neighborhood with easy access to the city’s amenities.

Residents are expected to move in starting December 2018.
