Lecia Gill, Director of MRA Residential Services, has 15 years’ experience in the Multi-Family Industry overseeing client services, strategic planning, marketing, training, vendor relations, new business development and revenue generation. An efficient problem-solver and skilled communicator, she is known for bringing not only her professionalism and expertise, but also her wit, everywhere she goes.

Lecia works with all departments as the company ringmaster to ensure MRA Residential Services offers the services and expertise clients need and the level of competence and reliability they should expect.

As the Director of Operations and Regional Manager for Beacon Hill Investments, Inc. and Beacon Hill Realty & Management, LLC, Lecia oversaw the apartment portfolio. With her vast experience with property budgets, operations, personnel, management, sales, construction and lease-ups, as well as her craft for analysis and collaboration, gives her further appreciation of the rental experience for management companies, smaller property investors and the residents they serve.
