MRA Residential Services has been selected to conduct the final punch service for 1100 Girard Apartments, located in the heart of Englewood, CO.

Built by K2 Construction, the 31 rental residences are one-bedroom units with or without a den, or two-bedroom apartments. All units feature stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring throughout, plush carpets in the bedrooms, dual paned, energy efficient oversized windows throughout, walk-in closets, washer/dryer units and assigned parking spaces in a covered parking garage.
