MRA Residential Services launches Corporate Suite Program at 1100 Girard Apartments

MRA Residential Services has fully launched Metropolitan Suites, a Corporate Suite Program at 1100 Girard Apartments in Englewood, CO with residences that are move-in ready that are fully stocked furniture, bedding, linens and a fully loaded kitchen.

The 31 one- and two-bedroom residences, located at 1100 E. Girard Avenue, were originally intended to be a traditional rental community, but due to its proximity to Craig Hospital, a national leader in the rehabilitation of individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries, MRA piloted its corporate suites program with Craig Foundation to house patient families and outpatients in 2018. Due to the success of the program, by June 2019, all units will be assumed by Craig Hospital Housing.

All residences feature stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring throughout, plush carpets in the bedrooms, dual paned, energy efficient oversized windows throughout, walk-in closets, washer/dryer units and assigned parking spaces in a covered parking garage. The community rooftop deck, with its stunning mountain and city views, boasts a grill and seating for residents, and feature controlled building access.
